I don’t make New Year’s resolutions anymore because I believe you can make a goal any time you like. But I do make goals, and I prefer to call them declarations. So here are four goals/declarations for 2021 and specifically for this month. (Please note that they are written as if I have already accomplished them because that’s how I have been taught!)
- I maintained my weight at 135 pounds or below through daily exercise and healthy eating.
- I completed my crunches challenge this month.
- I read for 15 minutes every day a nonfiction book that challenges and inspires me.
- I decluttered my bookshelf.
