Welcome to 2021! This year, I am committed to a year-long blogging challenge in addition to a fitness and gratitude challenge. I am focusing on a fitness challenge for New Year’s that I found, and I have adapted it to blog here for this month. For January 1st, I was asked to post a “Before Photo.” The ironic thing is that I am entering 2021 at my goal weight–actually, a bit lower than my goal weight. At my heaviest last year, I weighed in at 167 pounds. I am now 133.8. While I am not attempting to lose weight anymore, my body will still be transforming and becoming more toned. So here are a couple of photos to share as “before photos.”
