Blogging Challenge Day #31: “How will you be celebrating New Year’s Eve today?”

Since New Year’s Eve is practically over here…

We were supposed to visit my brother and sister-in-law today, but my mom was a bit under-the-weather and exhausted from her procedure, so we stayed home.

I just got done watching two Disney movies with my daughter–Moana and Big Hero 6. I had never seen either. We had a blast. Before that, I had the opportunity to watch Paul Greene’s amazing New Year’s Eve Concert on Facebook.

It is almost New Year’s Day as I write this. Be sure to come back for my 365-Day Blogging Challenge in 2021!

We watched Ryan Seacrest to ring in the year, before that, we had family time.

So – this is a day late – but I spent my New Year’s Eve day grocery shopping, taking a walk with my husband around town and doing laundry. Not so exciting!! Had a brief visit from my son. Watched Paul Greene’s New Year’s Eve concert. How lucky are we to have access to him, Kate, and their talent?? Geez – our own personal concerts.

I watched a little bit of the celebrations out of New York City. I thought I would stay up till midnight but I didn’t. I did wake up about 12:10 to the sound of fireworks going off somewhere in my town. And I heard a lot of hooping and hollering! Good for them. Looking forward to the blogging challenge.
