I used to go to the gym many moons ago, but thankfully, I decided to work out at home several years ago, and I have never considered signing up at the gym again. It served me well when the pandemic hit last year.
Here is where I spend most of my workout time now. Out in the garage on a rebounder. I exercise now thirty to forty-five minutes on that rebounder every morning. You will see a squishy ball that I used and a band–both of which are used as accessories to aid in my rebounder exercise.
These are some of the other accessories I use. Dumbells, foam roller…those are my dad’s shoes since he also uses the rebounder as does my mom.
When I finish my time on the rebounder, I head into the living room and do a seven-minute to a fifteen-minute exercise routine, and I cast it from my phone onto the TV. It can be anything from toning to pilates to circuit training to anything else!
As you can see, workouts are vital to me!

I have never been to a gym but have always used facilities at home. These days with Covid l love to workout at home and l can do it with my music at my pace and feel good about myself
