Blogging Challenge January 12: Healthy Green Reading

Since part of my “declarations” (goals) this year include reading more books, I believe I can give you some incredible recommendations. I’ll stick with just a few.

I’ve read this one. It’s a bit challenging due to the terminology used sometimes (it’s a bit old school), but I found it to be quite a gem and a beautiful parable. It is as accurate now as it was years ago.

My current read. It was recommended to me by Kate Austin, and my goal is to begin a book club where we can discuss non-fiction books, this being the first one.

I’ll end with this one (though I could share many more). I have not read this book yet, but celery juice has been a game-changer for me. And Medical Medium is a leading resource on this topic.

I look forward to diving into this book!
