Hydration is essential to me and has been for years. I challenged myself years ago to drink at least eight glasses a day, and now I drink at least that if not more.
This is one of the fun water bottles I use for hydration, but I also just use a regular glass from the kitchen.
I do add some special things to my water now and then to ensure proper hydration.
In case you’re interested, here are a couple of things I use:
Trace Minerals (several different varieties)
As I have often heard, most of us in this world are dehydrated, so I take my hydration very seriously. (I also no longer drink soda pop!!)

I crave water now. Haven’t had soda in 8 months and I do not miss it. I love lemon water now as well as a glass with the chloroxygen mixed in.

I have certainly upped my drinking!! My favorite is adding lemon so far.

I also drink a lot of water (I prefer my water bottles cause it stays cold longer). I stopped drinking pop about 5 years ago. And I do not miss it.
I do have a cup of coffee in the morning. And once in awhile iced tea (unsweetened).
