Music…my tastes in music have changed so much over the years, and because I love variety, this is forever changing. I honestly don’t know where to begin.
I do love all Paul Greene music, but most of his originals don’t work well for getting me up and dancing. However, I think I have a few I can post here that do (though these are not exhaustive).

I listen to Paul Greene’s originals most days but when l am wanting to really move like when l rebound l listen to a faster beat which pushes me but l need to really search for more music especially when rebounding. I love music in general so l use it for everything distraction, motivation and just having the sound of music around me is comforting

dance music is great for inspiring while exercising.
