And we have finally reached the end of my posts about this revolutionary way of losing weight, maintaining weight, and just feeling healthier. I am quite pleased to see this book out there amongst all the diet books, and I don’t plan to throw away the ideas in this book, especially the recipes. I mean, if you don’t purchase this book for any other reason, be sure to consider it for the recipes alone! They are truly amazing and very easy to make.

I love the fact that with this book, carbohydrates (the right kind, that is) are no longer considered taboo. In fact, in Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion, Joel makes a claim that is backed up by studies and science (but one that other “diet programs” don’t often mention):

“Avoiding carbohydrates and restricting calories later in the day can have an adverse effect on your thyroid hormones, which play a major role in metabolism. When the thyroid fails to secrete enough of the hormones that control metabolism, this can trigger symptoms like fatigue, depression, weight gain, thinning hair, and dry skin.”

The best thing about Always Eat After 7 PM is its versatility and ease of implementation. You don’t have to go out and buy all new foods and give up foods that you enjoy. You don’t have to have a boring daily diet. You have so many options, and all of them are included within this book. The most challenging times to curb hunger are just before bed and in the morning. By following the Always Eat After 7PM program, you have the most willpower to stay on the diet because you are eating during the hours when you are most hungry. This also puts you into both intermittent fasting increasing testosterone and your metabolism, while putting you into ketosis.

My plan to continue implementing this program within my daily life is to utilize his charts and recipes that he has included within the book. He never preaches at you, and I couldn’t be happier to have found yet another essential book to add to my library. I am not getting rid of this one anytime soon, and just because my blog posts are ending doesn’t mean that I am through! I am committed to living a healthier life no matter what is going on around me. This is merely an extension of what I have been doing for years, but I appreciate the fact that this book has kicked things into high gear and sparked my creative juices.

As we round out this post, I would like to share with you one last video of recipes shared by the author.
