Being overweight places additional strain on all your bones and muscles. As your back is the main supporting mechanism for your muscles, it is understandable that this takes the greatest strain and starts to ache.

This is a particularly topical issue as obesity continues to rise. If you are overweight, take action today and start losing weight by eating more healthily.

Over time, a poor posture will cause you to have back problems. While your body is excellent at adapting this can have a negative effect.

    Most of our diseases are due to emotional stress, our mind should be tension free then we can fight with the diseases and also able to get rid of them.

    I am always mindful of posture but as I grown old, my shoulder and back keeps on moving on their own. I slouch more often without me realizing it. I just added few more in my exercise routine. And yeah, massage does help!
