Fiber ChoiceI know that I don’t always eat as healthily as I should, and I am always looking for supplements to help me out.  When I was asked to review FiberChoice Fruity Bites, I jumped at the chance!  All I have been asked to do is share my honest review which I will do in this blog post.

Fruity Bites

Fiber is a difficult nutrient to get in our diet at times.  I try to eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fruit, veggies, and whole grain.  I still find myself somewhat irregular.  I have never liked all the horrible-tasting supplements, and I am so glad that I found FiberChoice!

Great tasting FiberChoice® Fruity Bites come in an assortment of 3 delicious flavors:

  • Pear
  • Cherry
  • Blue Raspberry

And they taste unbelievable!

Inulin: A natural fiber source.

One serving of 2 Fruity Bites (no water required) contains 3 grams of great tasting inulin*, a natural dietary fiber found in fruits and vegetables.

My mom and I both appreciated the taste, the ease, and the fact that it was even safe for my daughter.  We were able to take these more often than other fiber supplements, and we had no ill effects.

This is a product I recommend very highly!
