Teeth sensitivity is something I have struggle with off and on for awhile in my life. It hasn’t been a major thing in my life recently, but I was glad to be able to try these out.  They were fairly easy to use. I struggled a bit to put them on my gum the first time, but I think the first time if always tough with something like that.  I kept it on for 10 minutes like the directions said, and then I did not eat or drink for at least thirty minutes. I placed the strip on the my top front gums, and even now I don’t notice any sensitivity at all. My gums don’t feel numb, but I don’t sense any kind of discomfort at all. I can report that these definitely work. I would highly recommend them.
