I love getting to share with you the tools I use to track my fitness and nutrition!

Many long moons ago, when I first lost my fifty pounds, I used a website called SparkPeople. I used their nutrition and fitness trackers. I even downloaded their app to my phone back in the day. It worked well, and I was happy with it. I tracked my food for an entire year and then said, “Never again!”

Fast-forward to 2020. I took this fantastic course with Paul Greene and Kate Austin, and after taking the first eight weeks of Transformation Station, I decided it was time to track my food. However, before that, I was using the Zero app to track my intermittent fasting.

I happened upon Lose It, and it helped me lose thirty-four pounds. The only thing I don’t appreciate about the app is that it keeps wanting me to buy the premium version! But the free version has everything you could need to easily track any kind of food you could imagine as well as your exercise. I don’t track EVERYTHING I eat now that I am at my goal weight, but I am pleased that I have it as a tool that I can use from time-to-time.

I don’t overly track–I just try to be careful about what I eat.
