Blogging Challenge (Catch-Up) January 27: Taking Care of Your Feet

I don’t think I ever really liked my feet. They are small, wide, and for most of my life, they were split and cracked. Especially the heels. I literally tried every kind of cream imaginable and regularly tried to file off the dead skin at various times throughout my life.

An exciting thing happened last year when I started drinking celery juice. In fact, I didn’t even notice it! Someone taking the Transformation Station 2020 course with Paul Greene and Kate Austin noticed that their heels were no longer cracked after a week or two of celery juice. I had been so caught up with other portions of the course that I hadn’t even noticed that my heels were no longer cracked!!

I don’t typically take pictures of my feet, so I don’t have “before” pictures. But just look at how healthy they look!

If you can only do one thing for your feet, drink celery juice!! You’ll notice an immense change!!

I definitely drink celery juice and l know it helps cracked heals. I have always taken care of my feet. As l remember my mum with cracked heals and l always said l wouldn’t have the same. Being diabetic l have to look after my feet but l don’t take pictures of them. I do know my little toe is sooooo tiny as it’s hard to put nail polish on it lol
