Primal Pit Paste Stick Deodorant Review

I was sent a free product from the company in exchange for my honest review. I was not financially compensated in any way and all opinions are 100 percent mine.

I don’t remember how many years it has been since I gave up using the typical deodorant/antiperspirants that are sold in the regular drugstores and grocery stores. I can recall being told years ago that the use of antiperspirant could lead to breast cancer. Now, I’m no health expert, but I decided to do my own research. While I never found anything completely conclusive, I have to admit that I enjoy using organic and natural products when I am able to. Once my daughter became a teenager, it was recommended that she use all-natural deodorant as opposed to the clinical-strength antiperspirants that exist out there. And I think that is what changed things for me.

The first time I ever used an all-natural deodorant, it was as a result of a product sample. While I liked the fact that it was all-natural, it was in a jar and was always rather liquefied. Moreover, I found myself applying it more than once throughout the normal day. So I was determined to find something that worked better if at all possible.

One of the biggest complaints I have with natural deodorant is that it doesn’t work long enough. I would often find that even though I don’t sweat a lot, I had to reapply the product a couple of times throughout the day. I decided this was just part of using all-natural deodorants. Especially since I workout at least four times a week. No natural deodorant can last through an intense workout, right?

Well, I want to introduce you to Primal Pit Paste. Now, you’ve got to love this product name, right? I was ecstatic that they offer both the jar and stick deodorant, and they offer a wide variety of natural scents. I chose the lavender because ever since visiting a lavender farm years ago, I have been in love with that scent. What I noticed about this product immediately is that it is a much more firm stick deodorant than I am used to with natural deodorants, and that is a good thing. Furthermore, this stuff lasts all day long! I finally have found something that will last me through my intense workout and a hot summer day. Now, I am not sensitive to baking soda or zinc, so this was not the most essential choice for me. However, if you are, it would be wise for you to do some research to pick the right product.

Some things to note specifically about these products are as follows:

  • Primal Pit Paste zinc deodorant is free of baking soda and is great for anyone with sensitive skin.
  • Primal Pit Paste offers both stick and jar applications in 9 amazing flavors.
  • Primal Pit Paste only uses USP food-grade zinc oxide (non-nano).

I don’t know how you feel about health and wellness products, but whenever I can use safe, natural products, I’m happy. And this is a company that does exactly that. I never had any problem with it staining my clothes, and I usually only had to do one application per day. Of course, I was not transitioning from chemical antiperspirants, so maybe that’s why this product was so effective. No matter what, I believe this is the product I plan to use from now on, and I would invite my readers to check it out too.
