    Massage Therapy sure sounds great to me! I have a lot of chronic pain, and I;m sure it would help. It’s so pricey, though…! I’ve been thinking of finding a massage therapy school, where the fees are less because the students are working on you. Do you think that would be a good idea? Thanks!

    Great tips. I write down everything I drink. I tend to not drink enough water (or any liquid for that matter). It has really helped me be more mindful of my fluid intake.
