What do you think of boy’s bands? A Capella groups? Animated, family-friendly series? Well, it just so happens that Pure Flix has a new show called “A Show About Anthem Lights,” and it is described this way:

“The adventures of Caleb, Chad, Joey and Spencer as they navigate the ups and downs of life in a boyband. Join the band as they overcome all obstacles with grace… and sing about it.”

I was given the opportunity to review this show, and I watched episode number five. There are so many things that are right with this show. In fact, the only negatives are that there is only one season!

The episodes are short, and the animation is a big old-school with a touch of modern flair. It is bright and bold enough to keep the attention of the little ones. Your teenagers probably won’t like it, but I found it entertaining even though I’m in my forties. It made me wish that I had kids to share it with! There’s music, positive stories, and everything is family-friendly. I highly recommend it. I’ve been a fan of Anthem Lights for a while, and seeing them in this way sure was fun. I could easily sit and binge all the episodes now! Four episodes are released every other week.

Check out the trailer for the show here.

I have heard of Pure Flix but am not that familiar. The boy band show sounds fun and what’s not to love about clean entertainment?! I appreciate you sharing the review and this opportunity, Ruth! I would be thrilled to have a subscription to be able to enjoy wholesome entertainment without having to mute or cringe way too often!
