As I wrap up my January 2021 blogging challenge, I thought it would be nice to look back at the four goals I posted at the beginning of the month and see what happened with them. Again, I don’t make New Year’s Resolutions, but let’s see what happened.

These were my goals:

  1. I maintained my weight at 135 pounds or below through daily exercise and healthy eating.
  2. I completed my crunches challenge this month.
  3. I read for 15 minutes every day a nonfiction book that challenges and inspires me.
  4. I decluttered my bookshelf.

As of now, I am up a couple of pounds due to water retention, but I’m not worried about that one.

I completed my crunches challenge. Yay!

I did not read a non-fiction book every day.

I did not declutter my bookshelf.

So, while I didn’t complete these goals in their entirety, let’s see what four things I DID do!

  1. I completed my crunches challenge–170 crunches this morning!!
  2. I downloaded and enrolled in some courses to help me redesign/restructure my blog.
  3. I kept up with course requirements for Transformation Station 2021.
  4. I put away Christmas clothing and decor in my room.

I call that a successful month!
