Blogging Challenge (Catch-Up) January 21: Workout Must-Haves

I’ve covered this to a degree, but I want to list a few things I regularly use, which some may not know.

A rebounder is the number one workout must-have! This thing is impressive, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! You will feel better, look better, and it is the perfect workout item for you and your family!

While I do use some weights once in a while, I also use something called foam rollers.  Also, when I am doing my strength training,  I wear yoga socks.  They are nothing more than socks with traction on the bottom and holes for your toes to stick out.  I love them.

But I have another workout must-have that you may not have considered. An Ipad that has access to YouTube! Yes, you read that right! I recommend an Ipad because it’s bigger than a phone (but I used a phone before I had an Ipad), but YouTube is the quintessential workout tool! Did you know that you can search for practically any kind of workout video you desire on YouTube? Not only that, but when I’m rebounding, I use the time to watch church services, sermons, music videos, Christian prayer/inspirational channels, and motivational speeches. Paul Greene got me going on watching YouTube videos while rebounding, and I haven’t looked back since!
