Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

yiva naturalsThere is nothing better than natural products, especially when it comes to supplements and health.  I am pleased to tell you about a fantastic company called Yiva Naturals.  They have an entire line of natural products for women.

Here are the four products and more about each.

Women’s Daily Balance is a proprietary blend of Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry Plant) and chaste berry, which have known and used to treat female health for nearly 3,000 years.  Our blend delivers all of the necessary nutrients to the female organs to help alleviate the painful and debilitating cycle related symptoms such as:  Painful cramping, heavy blood flow, mood swings, bloating, irregular cycle, etc..

Fertility Boost also is derived from the Rubus Idaeus, which is commonly prescribed by midwives for female reproductive health.  The enzymes from the raspberry plant enrich the blood supply to the woman’s uterus, toning the uterus walls, creating a healthy and fertile environment for the fertilized egg to be implanted.

Pollen-X is an all-natural allergy supplement which delivers small traces of common tree and flower pollens, teaching your body to recognize the allergen and not overreact, which causes sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes and other allergy related symptoms.   All the while without any side effects.

Melatonin is a new twist on a common sleep aid.  We have created a proprietary blend that allows for full absorption of the melatonin, rather than most of it gets broken down by the digestive system before it can be absorbed into the body.

I got to try the Melatonin.  I have tried several different Melatonin products in the past year.  I have begun to have sleeping problems–especially during my period.  I have found that Melatonin always works.  I don’t take it every night, but when I do take it, I feel  much more rested the following morning.

I will be honest–this formula does not taste good.  You do place the drops under your tongue–5-50 drops–but you will taste it.  At first, I saw this as a negative, but then I got to thinking about it.  This is ideal because it would ensure that you don’t take too much and only take it as needed.  And judging from their description above, it would seem that maybe the other ones I have tried that taste better may not be absorbed as well.

I probably need to increase my dosage (I took about 10-15 drops), but it take me a while to fall asleep.  However, I woke up feeling so refreshed.  I certainly slept soundly, and I feel like I have so much more energy.  This may just become my preferred melatonin.  I am glad it doesn’t have the sweet, syrupy flavor that some of these formulas–ones made by other companies–do.

I would invite you to check out this company for yourself.  I am interested in trying the Women’s Daily Balance since I seem to be on the brink of menopause.  Be sure to follow the company on social media for the latest deals and news.
