While I’m more of temperate weather/spring/fall gal, I love winter because of the holidays, in particular baked goods that I don’t make up at any other time of the year.

I love taking my dog out for walks–even though it is way too cold, she loves the snow and it makes her so happy!

The food and decorating.

I work in a school, so I enjoy a snow day once in awhile.

My favorite winter activities are sitting by the fire drinking hot chocolate and decorating cookies with the kids. 🙂

I think my favorite thing about winter is the smell of the air. I know that sounds super weird, but every month, every season, have their own smells. And the smell of winter is my favorite. 🙂
