PiperThis is not a topic we generally talk about, right?  Every time I got to the vet, I am reminded that I should brush my dog’s teeth, but does anyone really do that?  Does anyone want to deal with a recalcitrant dog who doesn’t want a toothbrush in his/her mouth?  It’s not a pleasant experience, and I just don’t want to take the time to do it.

I am so happy to report to you today that Happy Tail  Spa has come up with two great products to make this unsavory task better.

Water Additive

Oral Care Water Additive | 16 oz

Helps loosen plaque build-up and freshens breath while your pet drinks from the water bowl. Just pour it in. No extra steps required. It’s that easy! No brushing required
Freshens breath
Promotes healthy gums
Has antibacterial and deodorizing properties
Helps fight plaque build up
All Natural
Made in the USA
May be used on both dogs and cats

Peppermint and natural baking soda freshen breath while aloe vera juice supports oral hygiene. The bottom line? A More Kissable Dog!

Brushing Not Required!

This super-easy-to-administer liquid formula gently cleanses, sanitizes and loosens plaque build-up WITHOUT USING A TOOTHBRUSH! Just add a capful to your pet’s drinking water when you refill the bowl!

Oral hygiene is the most difficult aspect of grooming. It’s out of sight out of mind until the teeth change colors, the gums become red and the breath toxic. And so many dog owners struggle with this aspect of grooming simply because dog’s hate it and put up a fight!

My thoughts:  We have thirteen cats and one dog. We live in the country, and many of the cats are formerly feral.  I added this to the water right away, and our dog had no problem with it.  Unfortunately, our cats could not be bothered.  I know it says that you can use it with both dogs and cats, but we have finicky, sometimes easily spooked cats, and this would not work with them.  Not to worry–we passed it on to my brother who has two dogs and only one cat.  I think if I could have used this with our cats when they were kittens, there wouldn’t have been the problem.  Our dog  will eat and drink just about anything.  Breath Foam

Instant Fresh Breath Foam | 8 oz

Instantly freshens breath, fights plaque build-up and promotes excellent oral hygiene! No brushing required
Freshens even the worst dog breath
Helps improve oral cleanliness
Has antibacterial and deodorizing properties
Helps fight plaque build-up
All Natural
Made in the USA
Economical- almost 2x breath freshening value over national leading brand

This all natural breath foamer combines the deodorizing powers of baking soda and peppermint with the anti-bacterial power of aloe vera. All promote excellent oral cleanliness which results in fresher breath and a more Kissable dog!

Brushing Not Required!

The sweet-tasting minty foam immediately adheres to teeth to gently clean, sanitize and loosen plaque build-up WITHOUT USING A TOOTHBRUSH!

Oral hygiene is the most difficult aspect of grooming. It’s out of sight out of mind until the teeth change colors, the gums become red and the breath toxic. And so many dog owners struggle with this aspect of grooming simply because dog’s hate it and put up a fight!

Not the case with Instant Fresh Breath Foam! Just pump some of the foam onto the dog’s teeth and the foam will do the rest. Your dog is happy because the foam tastes.

My thoughts:  This is a product that I absolutely adore!  Our dog is rather skittish when it comes to anything new.  While she didn’t mind the water additive, she was not happy with this foam initially.  I called her over, and she was afraid of what was going to happen to her!  However, once she tasted that foam, she came to me for more!  Although she doesn’t like the actual “squirting” part of the foam, but once it’s in her mouth, she can’t get enough of it.  I just squirt it in both sides of her mouth, and she is happy as can be.

And we can certainly tell the difference.  Before I started using this foam, her breath often smelled really bad.  In fact, the week before I got this in the mail, it was all we could do to get close to poor Piper  sometimes.  Her breath really stunk.  The moment I used this, her breath was amazing, and it lasted a long time.  I generally only use the foam once a day–twice if I notice any major problems.  I plan to use this for years to come.

I invite pet owners–dog owners especially–to give these products a try.  And be sure to sign up for specials, follow the company on facebook and more.  Check out all the links below.
