I’m waiting for it to cool down enough to make cookies without having to turn on the A/C so the house isn’t over 80 degrees. I hate having the house so hot.

My parents are taking my family and my sister’s family to a beach house for a week to end the summer! I am so looking forward to relaxing!

This weekend is soup-and-wassail weekend! About once every two weeks through fall and winter, I make a big batch of soup, stew, or chili and freeze it. The wassail keeps me going through the process! 🙂
