We attend a couple of fall festivals yearly, though somehow we missed our favorite one this year.

I don’t really have any celebrations in plan. It’s back to classes and back to work as usual for me but we do plan to take more drives during the weekends as the weather cools down.

Locally we have a “Feast of the Hunter’s Moon,” which turns the clocks back about 300 years. There are lots of demonstrations and great food.

My anniversary is in the beginning of October so usually I make my husband take me for a drive, admire the fall colors and go out for a nice dinner.

The first weekend of fall we have a big gathering at the campground and we have games for the kids, decorate the campground and prepare for our Halloween party/dinner.
