It seems that energy drinks are so popular today.  I am a substitute teacher, and I generally see young people with an energy drink in hand whether morning or afternoon.  I am not terribly enamored with energy drinks, but I do drink my share of coffee.  As you probably know, energy drinks (and even an overabundance of coffee) can be bad for your health.  Energy drinks have all sorts of ingredients that are unhealthy and unnatural.

gunghoLet me introduce you to a unique energy supplement:  GungHo. Unlike energy shots/drinks, GungHo is has been proven to improve focus, brain energy, memory storage and even recall for anyone who is tired.  This refers to young people, moms, executives, and even hard-working seniors (like my mom).

Proven focus and brain energy…unlike energy shots that provide short-term energy and no long-term impact on brain energy, GungHoR builds critical neurotransmitters in the brain over time”
— Dr Perry Renshaw, MD, PhD, Former Harvard Professor, Director @ The Brain Institute

I had the great privilege of reviewing this product.  I love the fact that it provides energy with no “jitters.”  I have tried other energy drinks, and that has been my complaint–instant energy and then a crash and jitters a bit later.  I can assure you that this all-natural supplement drink will provide lasting energy.  I was happy to discover that it is a mild appetite suppressant, and the package is very travel-friendly.

So what did I think of this energy supplement drink?  I honestly only have one complaint.  I agree that it is everything it claims to be, but I wish the flavor could be improved.  It is a little bitter for my tastes.  I suppose that is a small price to pay for an all-natural energy supplement, but I feel that if the flavor were improved, it would be more appealing to me.
