Ultimate Blog Challenge Day 5: My First Reader Survey

Well, I am finally going to do it. I’ve seen other bloggers do it, and there is part of me that is pretty nervous. But I’m going to step out of my comfort zone and survey my readers. I plan to keep this open, and you will probably see it as a giveaway entry for upcoming giveaways (I have a couple great ones coming up!). I don’t require that anyone fills this out. You don’t have to even fill out all the questions. Just do the ones you want to or not at all. I promise that I will never use the information for anything bad. You don’t even have to leave your name or e-mail or anything like that. This will hopefully help me know what my readers really think. Be as brutally honest as you need to be when you tell me what you like and don’t like. Thanks so much in advance.
