Blogging Challenge: (Catch-Up) January 23: Favorite Workout

Well, this is a difficult one. I adore my rebounder, but I thrive on variety! Even on the rebounder, I simply cannot just jump for thirty minutes. I run. I do Tabata. I jump with a ball, without a ball, with a band, without a band…I do jumping jacks. I just on one foot. Variety is key.

As far as strength training, I love Pilates. I also love the Foam Roller!! I am obsessed with those. I love doing ab workouts. But again, spicing it up is the key ingredient!

Traditionally, working out has been something that I do because I love the benefits. I cannot say I am consistently excited to workout every morning. But for me, it has become a non-negotiable!
