Where has the summer gone? I have only just returned from my summer vacation, and I realize that before long, it will be time to get ready for “back-to-school”! In fact, for those who have year-round school schedules, you may already be back in school (I seriously cannot imagine!).
As much as I love getting ready to go back to school, I do love having the opportunity to save money! (I mean, who doesn’t?) I am always looking for coupon codes and attempting to get the best deals whenever possible. In fact, when we were on vacation these past couple weeks, my daughter and I popped into a Hot Topic store in Phoenix and scored some tremendous deals! She found the cutest Harry Potter shirt and so much more!
So when you think back-to-school shopping, don’t forget to shop the discounts! Taking that extra little bit of time to research possible discounts could save you loads of money in the process!

Great advice, Ruth! One good place to check for sales is your local mall’s website. On these websites, there’s usually a tab that will lead to a page listing which stores are promoting sales. It’s not just clothing stores, as businesses for electronics or food can also be listed on this page. These sales pages vary from mall to mall, as well as from month to month. Recently, I found some good deals at Old Navy. You should check that store out when it comes to back-to-school shopping. By the way, I nominated you for the Blogger Recognition Award!
