A few years ago I had the pleasure to try out a few of the Pro Series Knives and I can tell
that they are as sharp today as they were back then..The Pro Series 7″ Santoku Knife
will cut any selection of meat with no effort at all.

The Pro-Series 7″ Santoku, 8″ Offset Serrated Bread knife, 6″ Utility, 3.5″ Paring, & 4 Pro-Series Forged steak knives. A Heavy Duty come-apart Multi-Function Kitchen Shear that cuts bone, opens packages and peels vegetables. The 10″ Diamond Sharpening tool will keep all the knives sharp as new. All pieces store safely in the 10 slot natural grain wooden block. Knife care: Hand wash with hot water, dish soap & a soft sponge. Towel dry & store to keep them looking as good as new.
