Many people can confirm that spending a holiday in Thailand is truly unforgettable. For example, this is the only place where you can find literally dozens of amazing beaches in only one island. This is also the place where you can experience some great parties in one of the many nightclubs located in Bangkok, Phuket Island and Pattaya. Those who are fond of culture and history will enjoy the museums, archeological sites (mostly in the northern part of Thailand) and the Buddhist temples located in every corner of Thailand. When we add the amazing cuisine which represents the unique Thai culture with small mixtures of Chinese and European influences then you will probably know why so many people say that they had a wonderful time in Thailand.
Thailand as a country and the people living there are focused on tourism. This is one of the main industries in Thailand so it is no surprise why there are always trying to expand their tourist offer and reach as many people as possible. In the past Thailand is promoting their national sport as a way to attract tourists. Of course, we are talking about Muay Thai or Thai Boxing. Even before that there were some foreigners who had joined training camps but they were rare. In the past few years this activity is part of many Thailand holiday packages. People are encouraged to join a camp because this is a good way to have an entertaining and useful holiday! Instead of wasting your time sitting on the beach all the day, you can work on your loss weight plan or try to get in shape. Muay Thai training classes are really intensive and each Muay Thai training camp has its own programs usually developed and carried by professional trainers.
In two weeks (or more) you can learn the basics of Muay Thai lose weight and strengthen your muscles. In addition, you can learn some basic self-defense skills at www.suwitmuaythai.com . This doesn’t mean that you will miss all the other activities that you can do in Thailand because these camps are usually located close to some attractions and some of them are close to the sea too!
