Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
If you’re like me, you want to eat healthier, but you don’t want to give up taste. And I do not have time to spend hours in the kitchen making healthy, organic, made-from-scratch food.
Mom Made Foods is a company that came about after “Mom-preneur,” Heather Stouffer, learned just what I mentioned–it is way too challenging to cook from scratch every night, and sometimes there was no way it could happen. Thus, she birthed the company Mom Made Foods because she believes in convenient meals that do not sacrifice quality or nutrition. Furthermore, she believes that kids should be able to eat delicious foods without all the garbage added to them. It would even be better if kids came up with some of the ideas, or at least inspired their creation. They use only the freshest quality ingredients, such as organic products, and meats raised without antibiotics, all sourced in the USA. Their line today includes entrees, meatballs and bites, and munchies.
Their meals are my personal favorites. I love the Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs, and my daughter loves the Cheesy Mac. We could be happy living off of those for awhile, but the company has everything from Chicken and Apple Pie Bites as well as various meatball bites (I’ve got to try those some time.) The company is committed to high quality, and although these are available nationwide, be sure you check out the store locator on their website so you don’t go hunting (like I did) before doing your research.
Mom Made Foods is requesting that you create your own healthy pledge. You’ve probably already broken your New Year’s resolutions, but this is an easy pledge to make:
“I pledge to nourish my kids with the foods they love that are also good for them; read nutrition labels; cut out artificial junk; and help my family learn about the importance of good healthy eating.”
If you go on their site and make this commitment, you will get health tips from the company throughout the year. I think it’s great that a company takes these pledges so seriously, and they are willing to give you help and support. So be sure to take that pledge today, and follow them on facebook, twitter, pinterest and their blog. After all, you need all the help you can get in this fast-paced society, and this is just the company to help you with that!
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
