Young Adult Faeries & Fantasy Giveaway Hop

January 8th to 15th

I am the first to admit that I am not a fantasy book fan. However, it would seem that as time has gone on, I have come to appreciate fantasy books, and I sometimes even enjoy them!

I thought I would ask my daughter what her favorite fantasy book was. I do love Cinder and Scarlet by Marissa Meyer (can hardly wait for Cress). For me, fantasy books are not the normal read for me, but my daughter prefers them. So her favorite? Harry Potter. Probably followed closely by the Owls of Ga’hoole series.

Because I have learned to enjoy and appreciate fantasy books (Marissa Meyer is one of my favorite authors), I am going to give away one book in this genre to an international reader (as long as Book Depository or Fishpond ships to them) $15 or under. I love fantasy books, it’s a nice change from reading other book genres and also, I’m always fascinated with the worlds and characters some authors created. It takes a lot of imagination to do that. I really love Grisha series by Leigh Bardugo and Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas, such an amazing reads.
