My Challenge Updates

I limited myself on challenges this year, and so far, I have accomplished none.  That might sound bad, but we’re not even a week into the new year.  But I thought I would give some updates.

historical challengeI have not read any books for this challenge yet, but I plan to read at least thirty historical romances.  I should begin reading these pretty soon.  Nothing has come up as of yet.

I think every book that I am reading now (practically) could be considered a part of this challenge.  Click on the picture for more information.  I said I was trying for the Friendly Hug level, but I might just have to go higher.  We’ll see.
I am doing a 5-week challenge that has nothing to do with reading, and I will tell you more about it within the next few weeks.
New year, New Reads
Here’s the one I really look forward to talking about.  I joined this challenge.
Here is what I am currently reading:
Killing Jesus by Bill O’Reilly
For a Lifetime by Rosemarie Naramore
Sketcher in the Rye by Sharon Pape
And I will soon be reading my first Debbie Macomber book.  I have a way of choosing books from my TBR list using random.org, and that is the book that was chosen.
Oh, one more challenge.
Just for fun 2014
I hope to complete this challenge this year.  I have done it the past couple years, but I have not ever completed it.  It requires 12 books that are read for fun.  Read about it here.
