An Isfits book.

Isfits . . . postmodern fairy tales and cautionary confessions.

Cinderella scratched a new line on the wall every night when the clock struck twelve. For 999 nights, she’d sworn to herself that she wouldn’t stay long enough to see 1000. Cinderella heard the old man and the old woman clunking up the stairs. The clock began to chime. Cinderella was out of time. She had a decision to make—the kind of decision that could change her life or take it from her. This eBook is 1/6th the full-length graphic novel. Read it in about five minutes. Enjoy for years.

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This is an extremely strange book, and I still have to admit that I don’t know what to think about it. It is dark and strange, and I was glad to discover that it is only one portion of the story. I am sure that many children will enjoy it since it is written in an unusual way, and it talks about the all-important potty! I would have liked to have seen some more redeeming qualities in the book and a bit more positivity, but we’ll see how the book progresses.

I was sent a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. I was not financially compensated, and all opinions are 100 percent mine.
