“EarthBalls are used daily for educating students from preschools to universities. As a tactile and visual classroom aid, EarthBalls enhance the teaching of both natural and social sciences.  Featuring the latest generation of NASA satellite imagery, EarthBalls are the most visually authentic world globes available anywhere.”
Imagine your child’s face when you give one of these to him/her and to the school!  I know my daughter would absolutely adore one of these since she is so tactile.  And I believe that many kids are that way.  I would venture to say that your child’s teacher will also be eternally grateful!  The possibilities are endless.

I would choose Beech Springs Intermediate School in Duncan, SC. My son teaches special needs kids there. They would love this.
