For my nieces new baby girl due in Oct.My niece has type 1 Diabetes and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. I want to give her all I can to help her with the new baby girl.

I have a new great-grandson that will be here around the first of November. Only one parent working and that is part time and he is also going to school full time and the other parent has her hands full with the other two young ones.
