Western Roundup GiveawayWelcome to the

Second Annual Western Roundup Giveaway Hop

July 19th – 31st 2013
To say that I have read very few Western books in my lifetime is true, but Mk McClintock (the amazing author who organized this hop), got me interested in some Western books over the past year or two.  There is often a lot of meat to these, and you just never know what you might find.
Need some ideas?  Check out any books by Mk McClintock.  (And it is all right if you choose a pre-order).
Check out her Montana Gallagher series here.
I make my giveaway very simple.  One person will win a Western book of their choice up to $15.  This is open internationally as long as the Book Depository or Fishpond ships to you.  If you are U.S., I will probably send you the book from Amazon or even half.com.  I always look for the best deal, and you should, too!
So enter the rafflecopter, and when you’re done, hop on to the other blogs for the chance to win even more books!

Thanks, Ruth, for participating in this blog hop tour. I differ from you in that my first romances when I was in high school were western romances. I guess it’s because I grew up on a ranch in a small town and the big event every year was a rodeo. 🙂 But I like either contemporary or historical western romances, as long as they’re written well. I like hops, too, because it’s a good way to get introduced to new authors and new books. Thanks again. jdh2690@gmail.com

I grew up watching westerns. I remember the whole family gathering together in front of the TV to watch Bonanza. I love a good western read.

I don’t have a favorite western however my dad was a HUGE Louis Lamour fan- I think he had all the books and had read them numerous times before he passed away. I am quite fond of Diana Palmer and Linda Lael Miller books. Thanks for the opportunity to win!!

My aunt and uncle used to live in a tiny town in Ky. They had acreage and pigs, cows, goats, a cornfield. My sister and I would stay for a month every summer and everyone knew us. I learned how to use a tractor to bushwack the fields after corn was harvested. I drove my young cousins to town when I was 13–driver’s license? What’s that? lol. Fun times, great memories:)

I’m not really fond of Westerns, but the Romances of Leigh Greenwood and Marcia Lynn McClure have proved to be “gateway drugs” into the genre. I’d love to try some Westerns that take me out of the Romance comfort zone. Thanks for the giveaway! =)
