Golden Records PatrioticMusic is something about which I am passionate.  When Golden Records approached me to review their American Patriotic Songs, I was thrilled!  I have worked with Golden Records several times in the past, and all they ever ask is that I post my honest review in exchange for the music.

Golden Records is a company that promotes classic music for children (and their parents).  I am always impressed with their music, but this one really holds a special place in my heart.  I am a teacher, and when I go into the schools, I am appalled at how much our kids don’t know about our country.  They are not taught the history of our nation like they used to be–many can’t even tell me when we became a country.

An important part of our history is our music.  So many kids can’t even sing our national anthem, and this CD is the perfect way to introduce and teach the great songs of our nation.  I was completely impressed to hear the arrangements.  The singers actually “sing” (not yell, rap, or anything else), and the words are easy to understand.  The arrangements are straightforward, and it made me want to sing along!

I invite you to check out Golden Records and all of their products.  And while you’re doing that, be sure to follow them via social media for their latest news, deals, contests, and more!
