If you know me well, you would know that my feet are a bit of a problem for me.  What I mean by that is I tend to suffer from calluses and corns.  Finding good athletic shoes are difficult for me, and I am always pleased to be asked to review products to help my feet.  And all the company asks is that I give my honest review.  I will be doing that in the following post.

Until this item arrived, I was very unfamiliar with Zeta insoles.  As you can see from the picture, these insoles have micro holes for optimum air circulation.  In addition to this, their pinpoint acupressure contours to your foot.  They were originally designed for diabetics, but they have been deemed as ideal for tired, sore, aching feet.  The secret of the product is that it uses the natural far infrared energies (as well as others) within the body itself.  These insoles are intended for men and women with shoe sizes 5-14, and they can fairly easily be trimmed to fit into one’s shoes.  Most of the time, they will fit over the insole already present in the shoe.

I found that trimming these was a bit of a pain.  I actually cut one too small, but I was able to repair it with no problem.  I inserted these insoles into my athletics shoes, and then I put my sock-clad feet into my shoes.  I could feel the massaging element of these insoles right away, and it seems like the insole targeted the part of my foot that really hurts.  The balls of my feet are the worst part of my feet, and I honestly could feel the insoles working.  I wore the insoles for about ten to fifteen minutes, and I really could sense my feet feeling better.  I could feel the sensations all the way up my legs, and I truly felt I had done something good for my body.  While I have not used these insoles long, I can already sense the benefits.

As a bonus, the company also sent me the Zeta Touch Stone.  I was so pleased to let my mom try this out.  All you have to do is roll the stone between your hands, and I knew my mom was the perfect one to try it out.  She has arthritis, and she cannot normally make a fist with her hands.  After using this, she was able to make a fist with her left hand for the first time in years!  She felt that over time, this could really help in her hands.  It is definitely a keeper.
