Since January, I have been experiencing the joys of emeals with a special deal they provided to me that will last the entire year. I loved their program so much that I actually signed up for their lunch plan, and this summer I may even sign up for their breakfast plan. If you are not familiar with emeals, they are a great service that provides healthy, easy-to-make meals that rely on what food is on sale that week at various grocery stores. But don’t worry if you don’t have a certain store that is listed because all the plans also come with a plan that can be used at any store. You get seven meals per week, and they publish a shopping list (with cost breakdown) for the entire week. This has greatly reduced out reliance on eating out and ready-made meals. I work as a substitute teacher, and most of the time, I can still come home and make the meal quickly even after a long day. You will definitely save money by using their plans. You can sign up for three months, six months, or a year, and every week you get an e-mail saying that your meal plan is ready.
The best part for me has been the variety of meal plans they provide. You can change plans about every month, and we have tried several. We did low-fat, classic, low carb, and our current favorite: slow cooker! About a month ago, emeals launched two slow cooker plans–classic and clean eating. We tried the classic, and we loved that. And now we are doing the clean eating one. We love the simplicity of the plans and that the clean eating has a lot of vegetables. The slow cooker plans have five crock pot meals, and the other two take leftovers from the week and use them to make a quick, good-tasting meal.
Emeals is well-liked by the entire family. There have only been one or two meals we have not really liked, and many are ones that we know we would make again. I am going to share one recipe from the clean eating plan. Click here to access their Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Toss Recipe.
One of my wonderful readers will win a three-month subscription to emeals. Now, this is dangerous because once you sign up, you will be so spoiled that you will gladly sign up for another year!
My other sponsor is the absolutely awesome, unbelievable Skinny Pop Popcorn. I was sent a full case of these unbelievably tasty and addictive snacks. These popcorn snacks are very healthy and all natural. They are low-calorie, and my mom, my daughter and I are hooked. Only 39 calories per cup, and I think there are around four cups in a bag.
My mom was very pleased to discover that you can now buy these at Costco, and at the rate she and my daughter are eating these snacks, we’ll have to buy them soon! There is no trans fat, and those will allergies to gluten, nuts, and dairy will have no problem eating these. My mom just told me tonight as she polished off another bag that Skinny Pop was probably her favorite popcorn, and that is saying something.
One of my wonderful readers will receive a case (12 bags) of Skinny Pop to enjoy!
In order to enter my giveaway, you will need to enter the rafflecopter form below by 9 P.M. Pacific time on June 17.
