Mountie JackThis should be of interest to my friends who love When Calls the Heart. On this date in 1920, the Royal North West Mounted Police merged with the Dominion Police to become the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. This didn’t essentially changed the “Mounties.” It just combined two groups that had been around since the 1860’s.

Romans 13:4 ESV

For he is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain. For he is the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God’s wrath on the wrongdoer.
