It was on this date in 1943, that Walt Disney released the short Private Pluto. You might wonder why I am featuring a picture of two chipmunks. This short was not the first short to feature Pluto, but it was the first to feature Chip and Dale. My daughter adores Chip and Dale, and I think she would find this detail especially interesting.
