Teething Necklaces Giveaway Hosted by Pea of Sweetness

Sponsored by Desert Made

Co-Hosted by Deals of Sweetness

Desert MadeDesert Made specializes in handmade Baltic Amber and Hazelwood jewelry for babies, kids and adults as well as offering silicone teethers!

Many people think of Amber jewelry as just being beneficial to babies and toddlers for teething when really Amber can be worn by anybody for its healing properties. Emilee at Pea of Sweetness has a chronic pain condition, Fibromyalgia, and her husband has chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy, so they have been reviewing the Amber Jewelry from Desert Made for themselves. The adult jewelry comes in many styles and sizes as well as those for kids and babies.

In the same way, the silicone teething necklaces have come in handy even though their kids are older (their youngest is 3) because they all have special needs that involve sensory seeking. They always have a need to put something in their mouth, so finding something that is appropriate is key! They have also been reviewing the silicone teething necklaces for their children for this purpose!

You can head over to Pea of Sweetness to see their thoughts and experiences in their Desert Made Jewelry Review.

Interesting to learn amber has this kind of following beyond just teething relief, hadn’t realized adults use it for chronic pain and neuropathy too. I’ll admit I’d be cautious using any necklace with a baby though, worth checking current pediatric safety guidance on amber teething necklaces before trying one, since there have been real strangulation and choking concerns raised around them in recent years. The silicone sensory teethers for older kids seem like a much lower-risk option for the same soothing purpose, that’s a smart alternative for families with sensory needs. Nice of you to pass the giveaway along even though you’re past needing this stage yourself!

I really like the Gumball Silicon Teething necklace. Would make a nice gift for my new great nephew who is due in March. Something different to give than the regular shower gifts.
