bioterraIf you are anything like me, age may be causing some issues you never knew you would have.  Sleep is one of those issues for me.  I struggle to fall asleep, and my schedule can change from day to day.  I have never taken a sleeping pill in my life, but I have investigated natural sleep remedies.  I was very happy to discover Bioterra Herbs.  They have an entire line of natural health products, and I was curious about this product since it does not contain melatonin and other typical natural sleep aids.

ABOUT BIOTERRA HERBS:
They  are a brand new herbal supplement company that focuses on natural, vegan and clean products with a bit of humor (see the pictures on the box).  They are committed to integrity and eco-friendly/eco-sustainable products.

THE PRODUCT:
My biggest problem is that I am a substitute teacher.  This means that my wake-up time is ever-changing (as is my lunch and restroom time).  Most nights, I can get to sleep, but I have an active mind.  This can keep me up for a good hour, and that is not good when it comes to my health and normal function.  This product worked exactly as it said it would.  It worked quickly, and I never woke up groggy or anything like that.  I plan to check into more products by this company.  I like the travel size because as you probably know, vacations are some of the hardest places to get to sleep!  There is often a strange hotel room with an uncomfortable bed, and–you get the idea!

You can count on this product to:
-Relieve occasional sleeplessness*
-Promote restful sleep*

(And, of course, you are guaranteed that this product is Non-GMO, naturally Gluten-free, Vegan.)

Be sure to check out the ingredients if you have any major concerns.

SO WHAT’S IN IT?:
The Herb Deets…
Chinese Salvia (root & rhizome) – Latin name: Salvia miltiorrhiza
Jujube (seeds) – Latin name: Ziziphus jujuba
Schisandra (fruit) – Latin name: Schisandra chinensis
Turmeric (rhizome) – Latin name: Curcuma longa.

I would invite you to follow this amazing company via social networking as well:
