This Day in History March 21, 1983

On this date in 1983, TIME magazine recalled all of its magazines that had been published on that day.  And why?  The only known typo on their cover is what precipitated this recall.  Instead of the word “control,” it said “contol.”  It is very hard to find pictures of this typo, but you can check out the links below to find a few pictures.
