What is Children’s Book Week?
Established in 1919, Children’s Book Week is the longest-running literacy initiative in the country. Each year, books for young people and the joy of reading are feted for a full week with author and illustrator appearances, storytelling, parties, and other book-related events at schools, libraries, bookstores, museums, and homes from coast to coast!

Congratulation for the new blog ~~~\(“,)
I love children literature. In fact I’m a huge fan of Harry Potter series. I can say that I grew up with Harry beside me. The story published right from my high school age to my college years. What an anticipation LOL-

I heard what happened to your Blogger blog. =( I really hope that they sort it out soon and restore your content to you.
There are so many books I loved as a child, but if I had to pick one, it would probably be From the Mixed-up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler by E.L. Konigsburg. Few books I’ve read since have captured the magic of the first time I read that novel.
Thank you for the giveaway. =)

I have many books when I was a kid, but I can’t remember any of them except those Bible story books and Goldilocks and the 3 bears that I really enjoyed reading. Thanks!

I read a lot of books back when I was a kid, but my absolute favourites were those of Swedish author Astrid Lindgren. There is so much warmth in her books that I have found difficult to encounter anywhere else.
