Chia seeds are a terrific source of Omega 3s, a perfect source for fiber, a complete protein and a rich source for antioxidants. A favorite reason for incorporating them into diets is the fiber. Most of us need to add as much fiber to our diet as possible. Any other potential reasons for having a diet rich in chia seeds are just a bonus . While I know very little about chia seeds, I know that they are beneficial for practically everyone.
