matcha 1I am certainly doing my part to live a healthier lifestyle–who isn’t these days?  I love natural and organic products, and I was pleased to review this product from KissMe Organics.  It is called Organic Matcha, and it is green tea powder.

Maybe you haven’t heard about all the health benefits of green tea.  Well, this product is one of the finest green tea powders you can find on the market.  It provides four to six hours of energy, but it is not the kind you get from caffeine and other such products.  It is a stimulant and a relaxant at the same time.

matcha 3Consuming matcha green tea can increase thermogenesis (the body’s own rate of burning calories) from a normal 8%-10% of daily energy expenditure, to between 35% and 43% of daily energy expenditure.  It also protects the skin from harmful UV rays as well as improving the actual quality of one’s skin.  This green powder also provides more antioxidants than brewed green tea.  Indeed, the health benefits are staggering!

matcha 2I will be honest–this is an acquired taste for me.  It did come with a recipe guide, and I have not used it in baking yet.  I believe that would be the best way to use it.  I added this green tea powder to my cappuccino, and the flavor was still overpowering.  I recommend using half what the packaging says, and the flavor does take some getting used to.  I am not giving this a negative review by any means.  It is versatile, and when the weather warms  up, I plan to try it in fruit smoothies.  It is clear that it gives lasting energy–I could certainly sense that.  But I am still working to find the best way to consume it.

Ready to give it a try?  Be sure to get your matcha green tea powder today!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

This was such a thoughtful and detailed review—thank you for sharing your experience with Kiss Me Organics Matcha Green Tea Powder! I really appreciated how you explained both the flavor and the health aspects in a way that feels approachable for people who may be trying matcha for the first time.

I especially liked your point about the smooth energy boost compared to coffee. Matcha is often appreciated because it contains both caffeine and L-theanine, which many people feel provides a calmer, more sustained sense of focus without the sharp crash that coffee can sometimes cause. The vibrant green color and versatility in smoothies, lattes, and recipes also make it a fun ingredient to experiment with. (mydevotionalthoughts.net

Your review also does a great job balancing enthusiasm with practicality. Details about taste, preparation, and daily use are exactly what readers want to know before trying a matcha product themselves.
