We finally made it to the last episode.  This has been a new experience for me.  I knew nothing about this series, and I have to admit that it was nice to see clean episodes about families.  I couldn’t relate to many of them, but I love sharing these kinds of things with my blog readers.

Along with sharing this episode about fitness and such, I get to share a great giveaway!  That’s right.  Here is what a random commentator will receive:

The Power of Starting Something Stupid by Richie Norton

Book Description
What if the smartest people in the world understand something that the rest of us don’t? (They do.)
What if they know that in order to achieve success, they will sometimes have to do things that others may initially perceive as stupid? The fact of the matter is that the smartest people in the world don’t run from stupid, they lean into it (in a smart way).

In The Power of Starting Something Stupid, Richie Norton redefines stupid as we know it, demonstrating that life-changing ideas are often tragically mislabeled stupid. What if the key to success, creativity, and fulfillment in your life lies in the potential of those stupid ideas?

If you would like your own physical copy of this book, please leave a comment concerning the episode, the book, your own fitness trials, or another relevant comment.  Random.org will choose a comment, and I will contact you for your shipping information.  Open to the U.S. only!
