What a year 2017 was for me and for this website! Last year, I published a post about the top ten posts of 2016, but I decided to dig a bit deeper as we enter 2018. I will still relate the top ten posts, but I thought a look at the top three posts for each month of the year might be interesting as well. I cannot get over how many people I interviewed last year, and I also met so many individuals! I thank everyone for their fantastic support, and I now embark on my third year of interviewing (really????)!

All of these statistics are based solely on how many times these particular posts were accessed for the month, so it has nothing to do with favoritism. I’m sure most of you see a theme. Paul Greene’s interview appears in the top three posts EVERY single month of 2017. But notice that Kavan Smith, Pascale Hutton, Andrew Walker, and Kevin McGarry appear multiple times as well. There are a few surprises here and there. Only a couple of reviews made it in the top three, and I find all of that quite fascinating.

Now, for the grand moment everyone has been awaiting. What were my Top Ten Posts for all of 2017? Well, here goes!

I find the results incredibly fascinating. This year, not a single review appears in the Top Ten list. Paul Greene appears three times (seriously?!). Jack Turner still shows up–that interview was a year and a half ago! I’m glad Brennan Elliott shows up as does Andrew Walker, Pascale Hutton, Kavan Smith, Kevin McGarry, David Haydn-Jones…I couldn’t be happier!

Oh, and because I feel charitable, here’s an honorable mention. This guy got some serious traffic on my site too, coming in at #11!

Thank you all for a stellar year, and here’s to an even better 2018!
