Professional Kitchen Scissors and Poultry Shears by Le Gusto Review

I was sent a product from the manufacturer in exchange for my honest opinion. I was not financially compensated in any for and all opinions are 100 percent mine.

In our household, scissors are a hot commodity, to say the least. Every time we turn around, a pair of kitchen shears goes missing. So when I had the opportunity to review Professional Kitchen Scissors and Poultry Shears by Le Gusto, I jumped at the chance.

As you can see from the picture, they are well-made and durable. I cannot speak to how durable as I have only recently begun using them, but they seem to be scissors that will not fall apart nor dull easily.

One of my favorite features is this lovely case that goes over the bottom of the shears. There is nothing more annoying than picking up a pair of sharp scissors (or a sharp knife), and accidentally cutting yourself on the blade. And these are safe, but they are sharp enough to cut someone by mistake. This case protects the scissors and the person picking them up.

At this point, I haven’t had the opportunity to cut meat, but I have no doubt they will work just as well for meat as they have for the everyday tasks of cutting paper, plastic, etc. I also love the serrated edge so that I don’t have to worry about sharpening the scissors. In fact, I notice that these will work for cutting nuts and even opening bottles–something I look forward to trying in the days and weeks ahead.

The lifetime guarantee also gives me a piece of mind, so I look forward to these remaining the only kitchen shears I’ll ever need!

I have to remember to wash mine and let them dry before putting up. I want to put back in my utensil drawer when finished, but they need cleaned. I like these with the opening feature on them also.
